Contingency Recruitment

Contingency recruitment is a time efficient way of recruiting. Each project varies, but usually contains some of or all of the following stages:

1. A detailed job specification is taken by one of our Consultants. It is imperative that we gather all relevant information so that we can be sure that we're looking for the right kind of candidates for you. The process can take up to 45 minutes, but it's time well spent – thoroughness at this point means success later on
2. We conduct a detailed search of our extensive database
3. Applicants who fit the bill are pre-qualified to ascertain their interest in and suitability for the role
4. First interviews are arranged
5. We follow up the interviews, gathering feedback from both you and the applicant
6. We arrange second interviews
7. Offer, acceptance, resignation, counter offer. Throughout this delicate process Turnaround stay in close contact to the candidate offering advice and alleviating any concerns
8. Successful placement!

We don't forget about you at this point, though. We recognise the importance of 'after-care' – so we'll do what we can to make sure that you and your new recruit are happy.
