Salary: £35000 - £45000 per annum + £45k-£55k OTE
Description: This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to sell Audio Visual & IT products and services for a leading distributor selling to the education market through the reseller channel.

The overall purpose of this role is to pioneer our client's existing and emerging educational technologies into the Education sector, by working with decision makers and influencers within local authorities and national bodies. It will entail active participation in the development and delivery of support programmes for cluster schools, Local Authorities, capital projects LA teams and regional consortia in the Midlands. The role also requires working closely with Regional Sales and Educational Leadership teams to ensure that critical educational information is shared across the business in order to identify and maximise potential opportunities.
 
 
 
 
 
 
   
Your Skills, Qualities and Achievements:
You will have a successful track record of achievement in selling technology based products into the Education sector within the last two - five years and some corporate sales experience would also be beneficial. Teaching experience would also be very useful as long as your most recent experience has been in sales. You will be self-motivated, pro-active and have a strong work ethic.
