The database is constantly reviewed and updated to ensure the latest possible information on a candidate.

All candidates are pre-screened by a Turnaround consultant and a full report generated detailing further useful information on the candidate relevant to the client’s vacancy.

No CV is ever forwarded without the candidate's prior permission.

We also employ leading edge web technology, which enables us, over a twenty-four hour period, to search the entire web for suitable candidates. These candidates are then screened by our consultants to ascertain their suitability before forwarding to the client.

All vacancies registered with Turnaround can be advertised anonymously under the Turnaround banner on a wide range of Internet recruitment sites. The responding candidates are contacted immediately and interviewed for the client’s vacancy before forwarding to the client.

Turnaround also subscribes to an extensive range of candidate sites, which download large quantities of newly registered candidates every day. The CVs are scrutinized and the candidates are pre-screened for the client’s vacancies.
